Job Description
Smith Fence is one of the leading fence contractors in the United States. Smith Fence is a 3rd generation family business with family values and has successfully operated for over 45 years. Smith Fence is seeking full-time fence installers for our offices in Clearwater, Davie, and Orlando. Fence or construction industry experience is NOT required, but is a plus. Candidates must be accustomed to working outside. Must pass a pre-employment drug test, physical exam, and have a FL driver’s license. This position is paid through a piece rate structure with the average income of $45K per year, many hard-working installers exceeding $45K. When working at the office, or performing hourly work from time to time, the pay is $15 – $18 per hour. If you are promoted to a Foreman position, you will receive a company cell phone.
